In general, receipt of a Security Deposit of $150 per one to two week reservations is required within 14 days to confirm your reservation. A security deposit of $250.00 per three week or longer reservation is required within 14 days to confirm your reservation.  The security deposit is separate from the rent and will be refunded by mail approximately 30 days following completion of your stay.  Charges for missing items, excessive cleaning/laundry, or damage that is beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. Cancellations of less than 30 days written or e-mailed notice will result in loss of the entire rent and excise tax unless we are able to re-rent the property. If less than 60 days written or emailed notice is received, the entire Security Deposit is forfeited. Upon 60 days written or emailed notice we will refund the Security Deposit in full.

Your security deposit will hold your reservation until final payment is due. Final payment is required 30 days prior to check-in. 

A tax of 11.962% is added to the total base rent.

For last minute reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment plus the  security deposit is due within 14 days to confirm your booking. No refunds will be given for last minute cancellations.

Upon receipt of full payment, you will receive a rental receipt, information packet and directions letter. This will provide you with driving directions from Lihue Airport to your property, along with the code to the lock box located at the front door of the home. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
