The receipt of a Security Deposit of $150.00 is required within 10 days to confirm your reservation. This is sent to the owner Leila Halligan, 35 Wrentham DR. Medford, NJ 08055, by check. The security deposit is separate from the rent and will be refunded by mail approximately 14 days following completion of your stay. Charges for missing items, excessive cleaning/laundry, or damage that is beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. Cancellations of less than 30 days written notice will result in loss of the entire security deposit unless we are able to re-rent the property. 

A tax of 11.42% is added to the total base rent. Also added to the base rent is a check out cleaning fee of $75.00.

Upon receipt of your security deposit, you will receive a rental receipt and Directions Letter in a word document. This will provide you with driving directions from Lihue Airport to your property, along with the code to the lock box located at the front door of the condo and more information about the condo such as the phone number, etc.

Your rental check will be due 30 days prior to your check in date. This check is sent to the owner of the condo, Leila Halligan, 35 Wrentham Dr. Medford, NJ 08055.

The property is strictly non-smoking. No pets are allowed.
